Really good Hotel Amenities and Service

I appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a spacious Duplex Grand Suite City View. The breakfast offered a wide selection with different options each day. It was also very convenient that the hotel is only a 5-minute walk to the main square with its shops and restaurants.

I spent several nights here and enjoyed the spacious room. It was excellent. The room's duplex structure provided ample space and comfort for my stay. I appreciated the staff's friendly and supportive attitude. They were always ready to assist with any requests. Selma from guest relations provided recommendations and assistance for local spots, helping me plan my time. The check-in and check-out process was quick. It took only a couple of minutes.
I noticed the gym lacks towels and disinfectant gel, which could be improved.

The location of this hotel was acceptable, as it provided decent access to nearby areas.
The service was slow. I waited a long time for a requested item to be delivered to my room. A simple request took over an hour. The room itself showed significant wear, especially in the bathroom. The shower grout was discolored and some fixtures were loose.
